Kustom, k200a, blonde, 2pu, double cutaway, semihollow body, whammy tailpiece, cat's eye holeThis is a 1968 Kustom K200A model guitar made by Ross Inc. in Chanute, Kansas. It is a beautiful symmetrical double cutaway, semi-hollow body instrument with a top and back made of carved two-piece maple with a center seam and a solid maple block in the middle. It also features a natural finish, two DeArmond pickups, a cat's-eye sound hole, a specially designed adjustable nickel chrome plated bridge with six individually adjustable saddles and innovative caps that fit over the bridge studs holding it in place, a Bigsby tremolo tailpiece, two metal strap pins, and a black, plastic pickguard on which all of the controls and input are mounted. This guitar comes with the original, yellow interiored, black tolex covered hardshell case. Kustom, known for producing Naugahyde covered, padded amps, made guitars and basses from 1967 to 1969 only. These instruments had a great look and a unique sound. This guitar is a beautiful, rare find that you do not want to miss. Get your hands on this piece of guitar history.
